FAQ

If i exceed 1GB/day, the SIM card is blocked ?
No, it continues to operate with narrow band at 32/64K. At 12PM CET (Central European Time), it resumes operation using an additional token of 6€.

If i exceed my ITALY credit of 15GB/montly, the SIM card is blocked ?
No, it continues to operate with narrow band at 64K

If i exceed my ITALY credit of 15GB/montly, can I request additional traffic?
Yes, you can take 10GB of traffic to one-off cost of 15€

If i travel in the EU zone (outside Italy) does work the 4G?
Normally yes but depends on the roaming agreements between operators.

If I want to buy more traffic then 1 GB/day in EU zone is it possible ?
Unfortunately NO, the operator does not provide more than 1GB per day, the only solution today is to rent a second WiFiBus Pro unit.

How can I control the usage of the token ?
Tokens, date and countries where the token has been used, will be listed on the invoice, you can check the daily data download also from the web.

If i do not use daily traffic, the next day I can use?
No, the daily token is only valid and charged on the days of usage and available until 12PM CET

If i travel in the same day in two EU zone countries, I have to pay double token?
No, the daily token is valid in every country of the EU zone until 12PM CET

If i travel extra EU zone the SIM CARD is blocked ?
Yes, but after exhausting the extra credit of  150€, which represents the minimum alarm that can be activated from the mobile operator when in roaming. It is therefore advisable when traveling to a country outside the EU zone to turn OFF your device.

If i travel in the EU zone (outside Italy) and do not use the equipment I have to turn off?
Yes, because if you don’t switch off, you will be charged 6€/day because the device still generates a minimum of data traffic.

If i travel in the EU zone (outside Italy) does work the 4G?
Normally yes but depends on the roaming agreements between operators.

Which is the mobile operator you use in my country ?
We use the Vodafone mobile network or his partner.
